Dear Sir, Refund pending due to Train no 12335 cancelled on Dt 30.06.2015 PNR Details as below: PNR No [protected] Name of Passenger Divya Shilpi Date of Journey 30.06.2015 From & To Bgagalpur to Igatpuri Class 2A we have booked online ticket. I am unable to internet access within 72 hrs. Please provide me senior officers mail ID or your consumer forum mail ID. your customer services is very poor because we have not any mail or message received from your end regarding cancellation of Train. At the eleventh hour we know & at that time I manage my travel trip with my family or TDR file. Please, justify the reason why should we pay for those, which services not received from your end. Railway is the Public Property not the profit making organisation. **** Please guide me how I will got my refund. 72 hours is not sufficient time for filing TDR.
