Irctc — Non refund of ticket cancellation amount by irctc

Dear Sir/Madam I had booked electronic train ticket through irctc account for journey from New Delhi to Sealdah on 26.5.15. Due to cancellation of train by railway, i could not travel to sealdah. i tried to cancel the ticket after three days but it could not be cancelled. I thought refund amount will automatically come into my credit card account. when i did not receive the refund amount after 45 days, i wrote email to irctc customer care. I got reply from the irctc that since the tdr was not filed within 3 days of journey date, we can not forward your request to railways. Ticket details are as given below. PNR No.: [protected] Date of Journey: 26.05.15 Station from: New Delhi to Sealdah please suggest how can I get the refund of the ticket from irctc.
