i was booking a ticket on 7th august from banglore city (SBC) to
arsikere(ASK) but the payment was failed.i want to inform you that i
have not got my refund yet.i have already made a contact wth you but
you told me that the failed payment was not your fault it was done by
my bank.i have already contact to my branch and they show me that the
failed payment was done by you.
so i want my refund of 201rs
i am providing you my Transaction ID [protected].
please chek it and refund my money as soon as possible.
