Irctc — Not got progress on waiting list reservation.since 50 days

Transaction ID : [protected] Date of Booking : 30-Nov-2014 Date of Journey : 26-Jan-2015 Train No. & Name : 15646 / GHY LTT EXP PNR No. :[protected] Dear IRCTC team, As i had booked a ticket for my family on 30 Nov 14 for my family. that time it was 9 waiting list and after few days it moved to 3 W/L but after that since around 45 days there is no progress on it. i am very surprise and disappointed. i have some doubt that there is some system issue where broker or may be some hiker may cheating on this. so i sincere request to you, kindly look into this matter so that in future poor or long booked ticket traveller may get your good service. looking forward your action if required any and your some comment on this.
