I had booked 3 tickets of sambalpur - Banaras exp from SMP to RMT on dated 21 January 2015.The train get cancelled due to some unavoidable reasons but yet now money didnot get returned in my account.I had booked ticket from irctc myself account but now the previous ticket has get lost.
