Irctc — Not refund money

I was going to purches a ticket through IRCTC from my personal irctc email id biswas_ac.dated 05/2/2014 at 10.27a.m From my SBI Account no [protected] Rs.2242.00 had been deducted but I am not received the ticket from IRCTC. Transaction no.[protected] not received refund the same. Please refund the same as early as possible.
