[Resolved] Irctc — Not refunding full TDR amount | |||
Dear sir, We had book train ticket through irctc vide PNR No - [protected] for 6 person booking My father 67 year old my self, my wife and my three children. The booking amount was Rs 1587 and taxes extra. We are waiting for travel from Nagpur to Champa from Gondwana express. That day we are comes from hydrabad to nagpur early morning at 9:00am and observed that gondvana express is near about 12 hour late.Hence we takes normal ticket from Nagpur window vide ticket no Y 11490376 & Y11490377 from nagpur to champa and paid penalty in Train no 1129 ( Ajad hind express). We have already lost naer about 2500 Rs as penalty. for travelling from nagpur to champa. What is rule of indian railway that his train was late by 19 hours and we have suffed lot by travelling by another train ajad hind expess and paid penalty and you are not paying my full amount which is filed TDR on 31.12.2014. Hence you are requested to paid my full amounrt as we are not travell any person from gonvana express on that train was near about 18 to 19 hour late.
