Irctc — Not returning the money against the TDR filed against the PNR No:[protected]

Address:Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh

I had file the TDR against the PNR no .[protected] . Reason: I am travelling from Kanpur Central to Anand Vihar Terminal through train 22405 Bagalpur to AnandVihar Garib Rath on 23/3/14 at 2:55 AM. But I came to known that train was late and it will come on 24/3/14 on Monday. So I raised the TDR process on 23/3/14 at 10:23 AM.. Now IRCTC says that train was not late and it came on 23/3/14 at right time. However i manage to get the prove from Kanpur Cental railway authority that train was late and came on 24/3/14 on plat form no.2 . If you can ask i will share with you. But till now i am not getting any response from IRCTC to refund my money. Pls. helpout me. SHIVAM VERMA [protected]@gmail.com [protected]
