Dear sir You sent this mail With reference to refund against PNR Number [protected] with reason Passenger Not Travelled., it is advised that Railway has introduced Enhanced Coaching Refund System (ECRS), through which e- ticket refund cases against which TDRs are filed are directly registered and transferred to the concerned Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds. Your refund was dealt and regretted by Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds SC under case No. [protected] with reason, As per chart, passenger has travelled . Here my query is Passenger has travelled as per your records. Due to sickness i was not travelled on that date. Later i was booked another ticket through my login ID and travelled by me. I am not travelled on the day where TDR was filed by me.where i was supposed to cancel my train ticket before 3 hrs. It stating that ticket cancellation is not possible file TDR. I filed TDR as a reason Passenger Not Travelled. How far it is correct as per chart the passenger has travelled with out travelling the passenger. If the Ticket Collector was sold my ticket to some other passenger and get money from them and wilfully entered in in the chart Passenger has Travelled. Where is the proof and how can i believe he is not sold my ticket to some other passenger for getting money and entered passenger has traveled in the chart .
