[Resolved]  Irctc — poor maintenance in toilet area

sir, I travelled from Chennai Central to Nagpur on[protected] by Train No. 12669 (Ganga Kauveri Express, Coach No. S3 Seat No. 9, 10, 11) along with my aged mother and sister. I feel very poor maintenance in cleanness and Tube Light fused due to darkness my mother feld down in toilet and get sicked. Such a long travel trains are should be properly maintained or our people will loose the confidence in our Railway services. In my return journey I experienced more inconvenience. (Toilet, Old Compartment, Not Cleaned) (Train No. 22404 New Delhi - Pondicherry Express Coach No. S5 Seat No. 5 & 6) Kindly take my complaint and do the needful.
