Irctc — Rash behaviour to consumers | |||
On 22 November 2014 we bought 3 tickets from one of the JTBS ticket counter at the Kozhikode railway station. It was for the journey from Kozhikode to thrissur. (Ticket no.[protected] The ticket cost us Rs.168. I paid Rs.200 and got only Rs.22 in return. When we found out that I went back and asked her about that. But her behaviour was rash. Not only did she return our money but insulted us in front other customers. Its not about the money we are concerned but her behaviour. We don't think that any public servant should behave in this way to a customer.It was very upsetting. Expecting a response regarding this.. Was this information helpful? | |||
