Irctc — Refund not received against TDR file

I have Booked the Ticket of Office staffs from my email ID PNR No [protected] Vide Transaction ID [protected] Against Train No 12506 Journey Dt was[protected] . In the same day they cancelled the Journey. At Same time i have filled the TDR as par your systems on same day and same time means[protected] arround 02.00 PM before the Train Reached in Guwahati after that i have not Recd the Refund . Pls arrange the refund voucher as soon as earliest.
