Irctc — Refunded amount not reflected in my bank account

Dear Sir,


On 24th of February, using my Syndicate Bank Debit Card, I have made a transaction in IRCTC by booking tickets for my family to go to my native place. This costed me 4462/-INR and the transaction number is [protected] and PNR for the same is [protected].


However I have changed my travelling plans later and cancelled the above mentioned ticket on 27th February and expecting my refunded amount back in to my bank account. Today (3rd of March)
when I checked in IRCTC site for the refund status, the status says that the amount has been refunded and the refund date is 28th of February.


But still the amount hasn’t been credited back on to my account. I also just enquired my bank and they also confirmed the amount hasn’t been credited. Can I request you to look in to this and credit back my refund n to my back account as early as possible. Please let me know in case if you require any thing from my end. Please find below the screen shot having my cancellation details. Awaiting your response and for your action on this.
