Irctc — Regarding refund of cancellation ticket

My self manish kumar rana with irtc id - mk227904r and i have cancalled my ticket with pnr number - [protected]
.
In fact i have already registered my complaint through out yoyr customer service but they told me that"youe amount was already refund " but i didn't get any amount from your authority side.
So i have requested to you please take necessary action.
