Dear Sir/Madam, In spite of so many emails and phone conversations my problem is not resolved. It’s testing my patience, hence request you to resolve my issues ASAP. Moreover all my booking histories and details of TDR’s are missing please look into it and resolve my problem. & NOTE: I have filed TDR on[protected], same date was my Date of Journey: PNR No. [protected]. Ticket was for 3 passengers travelling from HWH to DURG out of three tickets only 1 ticket got confirmed and other 2 were in Waiting List, so none of three traveled. TDR was filed on same date much before train left station i.e. HWH. Initially it was rejected and later after telephonic conversation I couldn't find my histories in IRCTC account.
