Irctc — Regarding refunding of Money | |||
I have booked my seat in Garibrath Exp.-12910 for the journey dated[protected] PNR No. [protected] from Nizammudin station to Mumbai Borivali.. But on reaching at the station we came to know about the cancellation of train by itself Indian Railways..Unfortunately i did not able to Cancelled my ticket and after proceeding the same after few days they rejected to refund my money..Its not about the one ticket.It is about 5 ticket which cost me around 4350/-. Is it justified wherein if I have not claimed within 72 hrs then IRCTC/Railway will lapse our refund
