Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I had a ticket for 4 persons for travelling from Rajgangpur to Howrah on 07.10.2014. But unfortunately one was confirmed & rest three was waitlisted. So naturally the confirmed passenger traveled & rest of the three persons did not travel. The TTE has given me a TDR / GR certificate for refund of the fare for that 3 persons. I claimed the same in online in TDR site. They have given a Ref.no. [protected]. PNR no. of my ticket was [protected]. I request you to please look into this mater urgently & oblige. Waiting for your good reply.
