Irctc — TDR Amount not been refunded.

I have put TDR as 05-Jun-2015 20:31:13 HRS..But till time i did't get the refund of that.. Note :-TDR file on 5th june 2015 as i have not traveled due to only one ticket was confirmed.Hence, not traveled . Still i did't get the refund amount. Also did't get the refund of WL of Two person..
