Irctc — TDR filed against PNR [protected] | |||||
Hello I have booked 3 tickets under PNR [protected] for the 12th Oct 2016 (Raipur-SGP). The train was running 4-5 hours late due to some track maintenance issue and same was confirmed by station master. My family decided not to travel. Charting was done so I was unable to cancel the ticket, however after filing the TDR the IRCTC team is asking me to courier the Original TTE certificate/GC/EFT issued against the PNR number. I wanted to know how can someone pick the proof without going station and your people don't even provide the same. Please don't harass the consumers and treat them well. Look into this issue asap please. Common man's money is so important and it comes after really hard work.
