Irctc — TDR - Money not Refunded - Please provide help in this case

Respected All, With all due respect i want to state that I have Cancelled the Ticket With PNR Number: [protected] (Reference No: ekt[protected]) Booked on 28 Oct 2013 and filed the TDR thereafter but it is now 20 Dec 2013 and more than 1 month has passed but amount has not been refunded till date. Kindly please provide the necessary information regarding this and process the Refund amount ASAP. Also, i have been writing to IRCTC customer care from last 10 days regarding the non receipt of refund money but customer care unit is only saying that it is just a platform of ticket booking and it has no jurisdiction over the refund/claims, I hereby sincerely request that please do the needful so that i could get my refund amount as early as possible.
