Irctc — TDR Refund pending for more than 3 months | |||
I had filed a TDR on[protected] for journey to be done on[protected], as the train was late for more than 24 hrs. It has been more than 3 months, which i was said by IRCTC customer care official, as th maximum time taken for TDR Refund. I have yet not been granted refund. When i tried calling IRCTC customer care, they gave me a number[protected] for enquiry for TDR as my TDR falls in eastern region. When i called on this number, they gave me another number :[protected].Then i called on this number, they are also not responding. Now as an aggrieved consumer, i am bound to file compaint for refund of my TDR. The PNR no of my ticket was: [protected]. Was this information helpful? | |||
