Irctc — TDR Rejected, no Response on giving a proof

Dear Sir, I filed a TDR on 27th December (Reference No for this is :[protected], PNR Number [protected]). On contacting the irctc, I was informed that the railways have rejected my case on the ground that their record says 'Passenger travelled" I already conveyed that on the same day and in same train, I traveled along with 4 other passengers in 3AC (PNR number [protected]) I have been seeking for an answers since then, but no action has been taken so far. Please do the needful. Thanks Vishal
