We booked ticket from JBN to ANVT (Train no. 12487) station on 19th Sept, 2015 and the other train on 21st Sept, 2015 at 7:05 from NZM to SURAT (Train no. 12904). Train no. 12487 was delayed by more than 12 hours when it reached the destination and due to this we couldn't catch the next train which was booked with the difference of more than 10 hours of both the trains. Since it is not our fault, we must get full refund for the tatkal ticket in train no. 12904.
