Irctc — Ticket not booked and Amount Deducted from my Bank Account | |||
Dear Sir / Madam I bring to your kind notice that I have tried to book ticket through IRCTC which was failed for unknown reason in three numbers of consecutive attempts. During each attempt of booking of tickets money was deducted from my account. The summary of Booking reference numbers and today's (01 April 2015) statement of my saving bank account are attached for your reference. IRCTC Transaction ID no. and Deducted amount against Ticket booking is highlighted in yellow color for your ready reference. You are requested to do the needful and arrange to return the amount as per the following details to my account, which has been deducted from my saving bank account on 31 May 2015 and 01 May 2015 against the 03 nos. of ticket booking transaction which was failed and no any ticket was produced. Total Amount need to be refund 1. Transaction ID no.: [protected] = Rs. 5, 357.47 2. Transaction ID no.: [protected] = Rs. 5, 379.94 3. Transaction ID no.: [protected] = Rs. 5, 379.94 TOTAL AMOUNT = Rs. 16, 117.35 Kindly acknowledge the receipt and intimate the action taken on the matter.
