[Resolved]  Irctc — Ticket not booked but Amount deducted from my bank of Rs.436

I am trying to book ticket from IRCTC website but my ticket not booked and my account balance of Rs.436 deducted from bank. I am confused why deduct from my account when ticket not booked. Please refund my amount in my bank account. My Transaction ID- [protected].
