Irctc — ticket not booked but amount deducted twice

Dear sir, My id: desai1962, 4, Prashantnagar, ajani, nagpur-15. off add: 201/2, Rachana Appt, Farmland, Ramdaspeth, Nagpur. Phone :[protected] I have booked two tkts dt.23/2/15, but as i check today they were not shown in booked history. So I chk my bnk a/c, here amount were deducted. How this happened I do not understand. How i got refund for the tkts not booked but amount deducted from my account?
