[Resolved] Irctc — Train cancel, but irctc denied to refund train no.12443/hlz anvt wkly sf | |||
Dear Sir, I am very surprise irctc service because i have no any message or information receipts from irctc regarding the above matter and I have fallen in trouble due to no any train available that day from TATA to Gaya and my all ticket in schedule given details as under. 1.From Bilaspur to Tata PNR No.[protected] and Train No.128332. From Tata to Gaya PNR No.[protected] and Train No.12443 (The Train Canceled) RETURN TICKET. From Gaya to Tata PNR No.[protected] and Train No.12802 2.From Tata to BIlaspur PNR No.[protected] and Train No.12810 My schedule is depended train to train so I have facing problem due to non received of train cancellation information and ticket not cancelled automatically but The TATA station Supritendent said that your ticket will be automatic cancelled and refund reached to your account with two days and now and I have also complain the matter at origin Station Tata Nagar a copy with me. I filled TDR then getting message that the TDR file time limit is 72 Hours after that I tell the whole story to IRCTC. They denied and Their reply is given as under. Dear Customer, Kindly note that the TDR filing time limit is revised w.e.f. 1/7/2013 up to 2 hours of the actual departure of the train in case of confirmed etickets & within 3 hours of the actual departure of the train in case of RAC or partial WL e-tickets .
