Irctc — Train Diverted but refund not received | |||
I had booked a first time online ticket through IRCTC website as per details below: Train Name - Jhelum Express, Train No. - 11077 Dt. of Journey - 19/06/2015 Class - 3A PNR No. [protected].There was no information of the said train diverted /cancelled from IRCTC. Upon reaching the station it was informed to me that the train has been diverted/cancelled. In the above circumstances, i am facing a lot of problems alongwith my wife and kids, Hence i had to make alternate arrangements. Sir kindly help us Was this information helpful? | |||
