Dear sir mera ticket jo humne irctc SE CNF BOOKING KIYA magar train mai humko birth nahi mila TT Humra rasid bana diya w/l ka humko yatra karne mai bhaut dikkat hua huko birth cnf nahi mila ...jabki humra TICKET cnf hone ke baad ye dikkat hui hai... IRCTC ke pass humne call kiya magar unhone sahi jankari nahi di ki apka ticket kyu W/L mai cala gaya hai... irctc complain ticket no=ticket ID [IRCTC #2058954].
