Irctc — Transaction failure and payment not recieved

I was trying to reserve a ticket from lucknow to new delhi. But after payment i got the error that "unable to perform transaction due to essential validation integrity failure" i don't know what it means. But i want just my money back..
I am attaching the transaction history screenshot with this complaint.
Please help me in this.
