Irctc — Transaction timed out but amount deducted

Hi,
I booked ticket from ernakulam to chennai on 26 th.
Transaction got timed out but amount got reducted and ticket not booked.
Kindly let me know when will i get the refund amount of (1037).
I got a record in failed transaction tab.
