Irctc — Unable to recive e-mail regarding changed password.

Dear Sir,
After inserting user name when 'forgot password ' is activated a message is received intimating that 'password sent to registered e-mail id'- but the same is not received by me.
My humble request is can you send the password to my registered mobile no or is it possible to view/change my registered e-mail id? Thanking you.
