Irctc — Website non responsive on beginning of tatkal hours from 10.00AM to 10.25AM | |||
We would like to complain about the non responsiveness of tatkal booking through IRCTC in almost everyday. The website used to be fine and accessible 1month ago. But from last 1month its been seen to be non reachable and non responsive on daily basis. Being a frequent traveller, we are loosing the opportunity to confirm tatkal booking and reserve berth/seat and ultimately change in travel plan which becomes tremendous troublesome. 1) The Login Captcha becomes more tough from 10 am to 11 am.
2) It takes about 3 - 5 minutes to load a new page. Sometimes it just kicks me out instead of loading a new page.
3) The sites becomes unreachable when I opt for Tatkal. It becomes reachable the next moment when I opt for a Regular Ticket (Not Tatkal). This is just ridiculous.
4) E-wallet is not allowed just when it is mostly needed. I cannot use E-wallet from 10 am to 11 am. Due to this, I have to leave the IRCTC website for final payment (I don't have a credit card) and after payment it does not return to IRCTC site most of the time. Consequently, I have to wait a week or more for the refund in spite of not being able to book a ticket.
