Irecharge.com — Balance deducted but recharge failed | |||||
I made a bill payment of rs.1500 from my PNB bank account. The amount has been deducted but i have received a mail that the transaction has been failed. I am not getting any support from the website. My EBS payment ID is: 53205082 & Merchant Reference Number : 4H5UQI2O9RM0N268J8AL. Kindly look into the matter & revert as soon as possible. Looking forward for your support. On the 30 October I made a payment for aedc units and after the transaction showed successful and the amount was deducted from my account it showed error but no code was sent to me my mobile number and neither was I given a refund.Please do something to rectify this reach me on [protected]
