Iredeem — Redemption of e - voucher provided by axis bank

Your message dated 26/9/2015 had assured us that a Benneton bag offer from Axis Bank would be delivered to us between 10 to 21 days. You provided a Transaction I.D. AXIS[protected] and also provided your contact for Customer care. Since the delivery has not taken place and is overly delayed we contacted your Customer Care on phone on the 17th and again today whereupon you have now given a packing number[protected] for reference purposes. However we do not know the status of the delivery nor the despatch details. I received an e voucher from axis bank (copy of mail is attached here) on 24th Aug 2015. I redeemed the voucher on the same day ie. on 24th August 2015 through website www.iredeem.in. A message was displayed on the screen" You have successfully redeemed Benetton Bag with your AXIS BANK voucher. There was no confirmation through email or sms sent to me. as per the mail from axis bank, the product was supposed to reach me within 10 to 21 working days. But now it is almost 35 days. I didn't receive any call or mail. I tried contacting @ [protected] which was provided as customer care number in the website of IREDEEM. But most of the time the call gets disconnected automatically saying "Our executives are busy, We have noted your number and will call back soon" . I received an e voucher from axis bank on 06 october 2015. I redeemed the voucher on 08th october 2015 through website www.iredeem.in. A message was displayed on the screen" You have successfully redeemed your EVOUCHER having Transaction ID is:AXIS[protected]. I haven't received any e voucher from a bank . while every customer care tell us

iredeem is a scam. guys grow up. dont provide any banking details on such spoof sites. iredeem is in no way related to axis bank.atleast take a confirmation from axis bank before u visit that site and put up ur address and debit/credit card details.
