I have received mail from axis bank today at. 3.40 pm (03/05/2016). In that mail i received product related information and i have received my e-voucher code. I'm trying to redeem my gift. but i cant redeem. i got error 403 Forbidden, (You don't have permission to access / on this server. Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.) when i open the URl address provided by Axis bank ltd i got above mentioned error., please, solve my problem as soon as possible. The product which i received is fake not original UCB duffle bag.. kindly resend me original bag.. my bag doesnt even have company name written on it. worst experience
