It is with great sorrow that i write to you today Regarding my internet service. While your service knowing for good Customer service but, recently i have experienced severe Interruptions to my internet installation as well as bad experience From your side. I believe that because i have not received the service I paid rs 6541 (Unlimited 1mb plan for 6 months + 2 months free) i Should be refunded as soon as possible. I think problem began on feb 12th, when i purchased ishan internet Conncetion. Your team promised me that within 8 days your internet Connecetion will start but till date your team didn’t install Internet connect at my home mr. Rohit about the service Interruption. Your technical engineer came at my home on 15th feb for Visible connection check and engineer said visibility is fine you will Get connection soon then i already gave check to mr rohit and rs 6541 Debited from my account on feb 18 2015. Again i did follow to your team And your team came at my home on 25th feb 2015 for installation. They Just install receiver, but they didn’t connect any cable to modem so Your installation just half way finished. They leave their drill Machine at my home on 25th feb and they promise me thye will come Tomorrow morning anf they will finish installation but till date no One came at home for finishing installation and as well as engineer Drill machine at my home. Ishan netsol services such a bad services in gandhinagar, i don’t how You will grow in gandhinagar. I will need 3 connection for my office and 12 connection near my home. Where i am living around 350 homes and some of my friend they will Need connection but this kind of your service, how i can give my Friends your company name reference? Improve your service. Please refund my money. That’s my last request. If you cannot guarantee service, i will have to move to another Provider. Internet connection not working for last 2days and when I complain to cc they will not replay me for what issues for not working I call them more then 10 times but they will not resolve my problems

Same here sir...this is a fraud company with fraud employee.

Even their employee (Sales Executives) never receive calls once they sold and got money.

Money paid.. but no receipt is provided to me. And the person who took money is not receiving calls. And customer care are playing games with me getting my contact information every time i call. No connection is yet provided to me(money paid, no receipt is given to me, person who took money is Ketan Trivedi worst employee )

same here as like above comments, when i want new connection at that time i get thousand of call from ishan side but after than no one replying me, my internet not working in last 3 days but still i not get any solution and mr.hiren (Gota-ahmedabad) executive not replying me ...

Ishan is always cheating they ask customers to pay in advance and than dont provide service and they than gv small amount of refund and also ask to install tower of rs.22000/- before starting connection and then they dont provide connection nor they refund tower cost and force us to give it back so that they can use same antena and receiver to sell to other new customer and they surly take or charge[protected]rs from them also.

All should file complain in consumer forum like i am going to do n stop cheater like ISHAN
