Iv Tech Planning & Training — Refund rps[protected] resistration, 5000 security, 2000 agreement

I am hemant from faridabad contect no. [protected], my complain againt IV Tech planning & training. They called me on 18/06/16 and told me my resume has been shortlisted for interview & asked to visit their office "G-55, 2nd floor, laxmi nagar metro station near laxmi nagar metro station front of piller no 41". On 21/06/16 i reached there, they told me, we provide jobs in MNC companys. There are 3 companys they named Motherson sumi system, LNT ltd and Bajaj motors and told me the interview would be telephonic if i select in the telephonic round than their HR provide me nearby location job. They asked registration fee rs. 2000 and arranged telephonic interview, after telephonic round they told me, i was selected and asked to submit security fee for further proceed which was rs. 5000, after submitting rs. 5000, they provide me joining date of 12 july16 to 20 Aug16 in Motherson Sumi Faridabad and signned a agreement. They charged rs. 2000 for agreement in which they mention in a point clearly if they are not able to provide me job in 2 months then after 2 months refund my complete amount rs. 9000.
Its more than 3 months now but they have not provided me job yet. Now i am asking to refund my money, they are not picking my call and not responding on my massages. I had dropped an email also on [protected]@gmail.com which mentioned in the agreement. This agreement attested with the government stamp. I will be highly oblige to arrange refund of my money rs. 9000 and take strick action against them. They make fraud on the name of reputed organizations and the employment.

Mohammad imtiyaz is the head of this IV Tech office whose account number is [protected] Axis bank. I transfered security amount rps 5000 in this account. They provided me some numbers,
