J R P Education Consultants — Fraud and Misleading Information - financial Loss Incurred due to the Misleading Information

I have consulted the Firm since Fed, 2014 and they followed my case. In the month of May, 2014 the education consultant had advised and help me apply for the Universities in Canada and then said we need to wait for one to one and half year. The fee was paid to the Consultant. Upon directly querying with the Universities we found that the Consultant was neither registered and as advised by the consultant I am not eligible for the Program with the three Universities that I have applied. I want this Consultant to not play with someone else career and also wish to recover the amount that I have lost due to her misguiding information. Please suggest.
