[Resolved] Jabong — Not yet received product even after lots of complain | |||||
It has been very disappointing as I have placed order on 8th Nov in the morning & on the same day my product ( Order Id [protected]/Docket No[protected] was dispatched from jabong to javas but I havent got only confirmation from Go javas, no messages/no calls yet it has been 18 Nov.Disappointed with the service of both the companies jabong as well as Gojaavas.Maximum delivery date was 13th Nov but till than there was no update I called jabong they said the issue is from Gojaavas & Gojaavas are blaming Jabong that they wont be able to help.New wstimated delivery date was given i.e on 14th Nov & now its 18th of november jabong complaint department was about to give me a call yesterday yet I havent received any calls...Still mails & calls are going only from my side .I am not getting any response from both the companies.I wish I don't loose my money..Pissed of with both the services...Please do some thing.I would never buy anything Online I promise.Feeling cheated. Mar 22, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved Well Finally I received the order.ChiefManager of Jabong has called me up and solved all my Issues.THANK you I hope I don't face the problem again if I shop Next Time. Jabong.com customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

claiming less no of products has been picked up
I retured all products and they gave me slip for only 1 product. later it was identified by supervisors of courier service that pick up guy is at fault. still no action has been taken against him. n i have to bear the loss47%
