[Resolved] Jabong — Product not delivered after payment | |||||
I had placed an order for an analog watch (order no [protected]) on 02.11.2015 and as on today 16.11.2015 the product has not yet been delivered. Wen contacted the customer care they do not have any clue about the status of the product at all. I had raised a cancellation request on 09.11.2015 (ID[protected] to which i was told that the product cannot be cancelled because it has already been dispatched and i need to deny it when the delivery boy comes. later on 13.11.2015 i was told that the product's delivery might be stopped internally by co-ordinating with their delivery partner gojavas. neither jabong nor gojavas has any clue about the status of the product and they are not ready to initate the refund as well.
