[Resolved] Jabong — Refund not received after 53 days of cancellation | |||||
I have purchase a shirt on 17th june this year and i cancelled the product the same day, and till now i have not receivd refund, I contacted the jabong team almost 18 -20 times but now they began to ignore the concern. I have forwarded the passbook details twice but they dont respond and blame the bank for the concern and after contacting the bank the bank clearly stats that the jabong has not yet credited the refund to my account. And one more thing for booking complaints i have spend almost rs 125 talktime balance because the crap is tolled.
