[Resolved]  Jabong.com — complaint against manufacturing defect

I had purchased puma sandal through jobong.com dispatch date 11 Dec 2013 order ending with 38787 dispatched viajavas and AWB no is 12750923. the product having hole at unequal place which is used to insert backside belt, on both article .plz tell me how can i refund my claim?
