[Resolved] Jabong.com — Declined Refund Of Shoes | |||
My Husband ordered Puma shoes on Saturday night (29 November) on Jabong for 2155 rs. We received the delivery on Sunday (30 November) late after noon; however, due to size issue my husband called Jabong after few hours to take the product back. He did ask for smaller size if in case it is available so that we can get an exchange instead of refund. But due to non availability of the requested size they placed an refund request against our order and on the very next day Jabong agent came and picked up the product. Today my husband received a call from Jabong that the product failed the quality check due to sole damage how can it be possible that sole is damage with in 5-6 hours of the delivery. If Jabong is saying product quality is not good then the problem is from there end instead o[censored]s. We placed a complaint to return due to size issue but they are coming up with all together a different reason of quality. Its means quality of the product is not good due to which shoes failed the quality check. I want my refund back ASAP.
