Jabong.com — Did not ship the dresses / No one picks up the calls / Looks like Bogus

I placed an order on June 14th.
Till today, they did not ship the dresses.
Whenever I call, no one picks up the call and I get the stereotyped system generated email.

I'm not happy and suspect your website.
Please refund my money as I don't feel the company is not REAL.

I need immediate response.
