[Resolved] Jabong.com — Disappointing services | |||||
I had placed an order on 7th july. (order id: [protected]) There was an issue with the size of the product and other sizes were not available, so i applied for the return of the product. its been 15 days since i had requested for the return and no one has come yet to pick up the product! when i tried to call at the customer care number, i was kept on hold for 30 minutes and later disconnected! highly disappointed by your services. hoping the issue gets resolved as soon as possible!
