[protected] this is my order # which they cancelled without my concern. When I called cust serv i spoke to Neelam and Bhushan (Sup) they completely refused to help me.I asked them that my order was cancelled because of jabong gateway issue and the same amount was deducted also from my bank account. They asked to placed a new order but i dont have money on my bank account to place a new order. I have my wedding on 2nd December I ordered that bag for my marraige purpose. Bhushan he was not at all helpful, very very very pathetic services and very disappointing from this kind of big brand. I know you will not entertain this complain but still you should know that you loose one customer Was this information helpful? | |||||
