[Resolved] Jabong.com — Items missing in shipment | |||||
I was supposed to receiver a shipment with 5 items. But instead it had only one item. The invoice was missing too. Its been a week since I am calling the customer care but they dont have a solution as yet. I have already paid the money for this and now I am at a huge loss. The customer care is very pathetic. They do not answer properly and if asked to escalate the complaint, nothing happens. I should be getting the details of what is happening with the complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||||
