[Resolved] Jabong.com — No refund after so many follow up mails

Hi,

I have a complain to make against jabong.com, i have two order refunds pending since long, every time i call the customer care they don't respond to the same and to the mails as well. My order ids are order id [protected] and [protected]. Please dont trust these people any more they are negligible and irresponsible in there behavior with customers.
