[Resolved] Jabong.com — Non Delivery of order | |||
I ordered a Biba kurti on 19/02/2015 order no. [protected] from the site, the payment was made through debit card. The order was shipped the very next day through DTDC courier services with AWB no. -X11929494. The expected date of delivery was 25/02/2015 but the delivery delayed for some unknown reasons.The next expected date was 28/02/2015 but not received the order yet. Now I contacted to the customer care through email and they registered my complaint, complaint no.[protected]. They are not providing me the reasons for non delivery neither they are cancelling my order. All they are replying me through mail is that they are enable to contact me on the contact number given. After so much contact with the company my complaint has not been solved. Was this information helpful? | |||
